The electricity has firstly launched in Thailand 125 years ago in the reign of King Chulalongkorn or King Rama V under the House of Chakri of Siam country. ("Siam" is the past name of Thailand.)
At first, the electricity autority in Siam has run by a private corporation. Nowaday, The Metropolitan Electricity Authority is the only one organization to administers Thailand electricity.
Because MEA is a state enterprises, so people who work for this giant organization get good welfare, supports and also have chance to get some scholarship to improve their related skills to develop the organization. That's why there'd be great competitions every times that MEA recruit for new postitions.
I believe that the recruitment team would work hard to find the best ones. And then... the organization would train them hard for them to work for Thailand's sake.
Finally........ we'd have the best electricians of the world.....
